Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered) without opening the pack.
Requests for Returns:
- Requests for returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or partially consumed products.
- Products with tampered packaging.
- Products that have been stored improperly by the customer.
Condition for Returns:
- Products must remain sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all return requests.
Return Process:
- Recommended: Send a message on WhatsApp for the process to begin.
- Contact us at info@naturesnest.pk to request a return.
- Provide the order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product received.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to replace or refund.
- The replace/refund will be initiated within 7 days after receiving the item back.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs at return.
Refunds:
- Refunds will only be issued after we inspect the returned product.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable even if the return is due to our mistake.

- Natural variations in size, color, and taste may occur.
- Allergies: Customers must ensure they are not allergic to the product before purchase.
Storage Instructions:
Dry fruits are sensitive to temperature, humidity, and light. Customers must follow the provided storage instructions to maintain quality.
We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.
Limitation of Liability:
The store is not liable for:
- Delays caused by courier services.
- Damage or loss due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Health issues resulting from allergies or misuse of the product.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
- It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
Dispute Resolution:
The final decision resides with the team Natures Nest.

Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
